Yeah, usually you see a picture or something in the Condo Guide a few months in advance, as was done with The Yorkville and Exhibit for example. Haven't seen anything...and there is a Cressford section in the Condo Guide of all their projects.

It can be hard getting on at Bloor. I have noticed when the trains arrive at bloor they are very full....but not sure where they fill up. I usually can get on at bloor as there are many that get off there. I think they could use some more trains. It's always pretty cramped.

Well, after a 44% jump in sales from jan to feb, we followed that up with a further 48% jump in sales from feb to march! Lots of buzz in the marketplace as the activity is gaining momentum as we plough through 2011. We are back in the 'sweet spot' again!

Housing/condo sales in the GTA up 44% in February from January, and per above, this is felt to be the best quarter to buy in 2011. Gives you a sense of what lays ahead later in the year! Should be some real nice projects swooping in to capitalize on the boom.

I think so. Cressford annoyed just about everyone to no end, and you need a lot of patience to buy thru them....i've learned that. But when all is said and done, CASA has turned out to be a very special condo overall based on location, views, outdoor pool, appearance, floorplans etc.... But...

Wow...you know you're high up when your looking down at the Bay Building! The West city view shown is much closer than it appears in the picture. That's the view i have and the photos make everything look a kazillion miles away. The CN Tower and water are much closer (and bigger) in reality...

They've got studios in CASA that are 366 sq ft....which is the north facing studio. If they started at $250k for a similar sized unit that would be $683 per sq ft. Not many of these small studios have been listed/sold at case but there is one for sale now for $263k but he may be a bit high...
