I wish they had included a rough calculation of what they'd anticipate it to be, similar to how they did that for the regular maintenance fee towards the end of the contract booklet.

Not good at all. Our guess is that they neglected to turn on the heating and when the temperatures got super cold, a pipe burst. I wouldn't be surprised if whoever has those units has another significant delay.

I have to say that I fully agree with this. I'll be trying to dig up the contract tonight to see exactly what they say. It's such a slap in the face... after all the problems with delays on top of delays, this misleading marketing is downright offensive.
