I absolutely LOVE this design.

I also found Blue Plate mediocre :confused:. I think this development would be amazing for 104th St, and Blue Plate will have no trouble finding somewhere else in the core. There are lots of great vacant CRUs. Heck, it could go where Alder Room/Alta are leaving.

What a strange comment about Edmonton not being a market for high rise condos. What about all of the other.... well... high rise condos?

The last photo in your previous post is the first photo I’ve seen that really seems to capture what it’s going to look like when it’s done. It looks absolutely incredible.

Not gonna lie, I do not understand what possibly could have motivated them to use copper cladding lol. Even in the renderings it looks dated on day one.

I don't know, I think it's a justified concern, there's really hardly any parking anywhere near the Quarters. It's already such a bustling and congested urban environment that it won't take much straw to break that camel's back, you know?

I honestly think the blue looks pretty dope. I expected to be disappointed but I'm not. I think my more pressing concern though is that they update Scotia's terrible podium.
