LA Courtyards Townhomes (639-645 Lawrence West, SiteLine Communities, 4s, ?)

Part of this development is going be temporarily delayed with the HVAC workers on this site abandoning the job for not getting paid Edit:got some new info today. Builder was not paying the HVAC company, got fed up and left the site. They've quit and have no intention of returning. Looks like a...

    Toronto Toronto | The One | 328.4m | 91s | Mizrahi Developments | Foster + Partners

Could the Apple Store not be any more obvious in those drawings. Edit: we don't know if it'll actually happen since even One Bloor east included a Apple Store in there renderings but with Foster & Partners the architect of The One and it being Yorkville it's going happen. Looks like it be 2+...

    Toronto Toronto | 115 Dupont | 22.33m | 5s | Zinc Developments | Cumulus

Wow that looks amazing, to bad it's going be isolated off a major road but I'll still take that anyday over plain blue/green box. Should we be worried though that the renderings show condo but proposal is for office?

    Toronto Toronto | OVO Athletic Centre | ?m | 2s | MLSE | Baldwin & Franklin

And don't forget about the community uses of the facility with the courts available to the public certain times of the day. Positive to the community with no other real community Center style buildings in the area that I can think of

    Toronto Toronto | 88 Queen | 167.35m | 52s | St Thomas Dev | Hariri Pontarini

wouldn't that simply be the first phase of the rumoured four towers on this development, probably be the North tower with the rendering of the park full of snow?

Rexdale desperately needs it, never liked living there when I was young and once we left the area I was forced to go to high school there

    Toronto Toronto | Concord Canada House | 231.97m | 74s | Concord Adex | Arcadis

Does the city really care about how it looks, don't quote me but I wouldn't be surprised if they complaining about height or shadowing as asual. You'd think the city would be happy with the public art aspect

    Toronto Toronto | One Bloor East | 257.24m | 76s | Great Gulf | Hariri Pontarini

Going eventually cross it during night with that great skyline view plus the new Prince Edward Viaduct lights that I've never seen in person

    Toronto Toronto | Concord Canada House | 231.97m | 74s | Concord Adex | Arcadis

you'd think the city would accept anything for the final crown jewel of the City Place complex, Concords done a lot for Toronto (not from a design point of view though :p)

PATH Network Expansion (various, various, various)

just noticed the updated PATH network map got rid of the imaginary diagonal connection from ACC to Maple Leaf Square towers which was actually an outdoor connection. Forum users complained but were told they included it due to the owner of the towers interests with that tower having a first and...

    Toronto Toronto | Notting Hill Condominiums | 86.5m | 25s | Lanterra | Arcadis

    Toronto Toronto | 58 Atlantic | 49.98m | 10s | BentallGreenOak | B+H

Interesting, that was a crucial parking spot for BMO and that plaza, wonder if they bought the private spaces next to the Green P parking lot which always had an old guy selling spots during TFC games

    Toronto Toronto | 58 Atlantic | 49.98m | 10s | BentallGreenOak | B+H

Looks like it's this plot of land which just happens to be across from the recently finished 60 Atlantic and future 80 Atlantic. Really liking the development throughout Liberty Village

Toronto Toronto | St Lawrence Market North | 25.3m | 5s | City of Toronto | Rogers Stirk Harbour

If it doesn't meet originally budget through the upcoming contracts the design will get even worse if that's even possible

    Toronto Toronto | BMO Field Renovations | ?m | ?s | MLSE | Gensler

Never been to European match but hoping to one day visit the San Siro. But by poking out I meant in the seats it will be clearly visible but at least we got a upgraded stadium so I'm satisfied regardless of that

    Toronto Toronto | BMO Field Renovations | ?m | ?s | MLSE | Gensler

There's obviously a long way to go but do both the roofs look aligned in height, some would call that being picky but personally it would really making it look so much better and I wish they would get rid of the mini roof that was part of the west side stands where the press box was, all the...

    Toronto Toronto | BMO Field Renovations | ?m | ?s | MLSE | Gensler

Lol obviously just joking. I'm really curious to see how it looks once they start covering if it looks as good as rendering with already some obvious differences
