Good news - last 70 floor building for a while.

I've been campaigning for last 10 years for a subway on Eglinton to anyone at who will listen including my local vocal counciler. I mid town east-west transit solution is most important project for city. Too bad not standard rail because in 30 years we'll need it. - ice

The whole idea of building the subway to Vaughn is polically charged lunacy. Someone 15 years ago came up with the idea of looping the younge line with the Spadina line along steeles as per the london circle line. It would allow a 50% increase of trains during rush hour down the younge...

tower size/shape is okay. Think the base should match the townhouses ie. better integrated. Looks like the tower has jumped on top of them.

Can't see how this could be any bigger/taller on the current sized foot print. Think is fits it quite well. On top W is tacky - put something half the size on both the east and west top triangular faces. - ice.

bulldoze the YMCA. 90 Harbour has a fair amount of parking around it. My vote would be to save unless developer planing on something spectacular. - ice

I'd give a thumps up for accolade. Any suburban condo that actually trys to be more than an economic housing block is a positive thing in this city. - ice

Can't see this going thru without a timely fire. These are some of the best victorians we've got. Trading them for a 9 storey office block adds no value to the neighbourhood - ice

Umm, hope the blinds are opake on the north side of Trump otherwise the office staff in Bay Adelaide might be in for more than a typical Toronto lunch hour view. - ice

I wouldn't say its ugly but bland... Good infill but with most of its neighbours bigger in overall size won't make much of an impact on skyline. - ice

mixed opinions about the ribbon building. Like the fact it separates project from the railway but totally overwhems period buildings. Keep the towers, rethink ribbon building - ice.

Can't see the canal staying in its present form. Safety hazard and keeping water clean way too difficult.

The 401 drive through the city is shaping up. A fair modern development in an area which needs it - ice

Lanterra's Ice towers will be incredible. MLSQ works but I find its base is a bit heavy at street level for my likes. The hotel has merit. The office towers are generic and economic. - ice
