Some new art piece, just installed today. For those who are curious, yes this building is still not 100% complete yet... Some of the common area and amenities are still being built.

Do you happen to have any pics of what those packages looks like, and what options/upgrades are available (ie bigger fridge, roller shades ect)?

Do you know when buyers can pick design/finishing? Would like to pick my own since it's for personal use.

Anyone know if both tower are sold out? Wanted to get a unit here. Apparently they are charging an extra $150,000 for south facing units with waterview?? I would love a waterfacing unit, but is that extra premium worth it?

Looks good, but when are they going to burry all those power lines/hydro poles ect?

Nov 24, 2017 Not much has changed on the office tower portion. Looks like the cranes have been removed though. On the residential side, looks like the West Tower has reached grade

Also this builder is known for their excessive delays. Just look at their two nearby projects, Backstage is still incomplete, and the LTower crane...
