    Cycling infrastructure (Separated bike lanes)

If the city really wanted to roll out the bike network quickly. they could easily expand the network rapidly by just using paint for now. and later upgrade these painted lanes over time which wouldn't go against the provincial rules. Painting all the approved bike lanes seems very doable without...

Ok the province can't take the land but the feds should be able to, I am sure the Federal government would be willing to help build a transit hub in the busiest airport int he country. I don't see why we need GTAA to fund part of this at all. The provincial and federal government is all you need...

    Toronto Toronto | Eglinton Line 5 Crosstown West Extension | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Since GTAA are dragging their feet on this, why can't the province/metrolinx, just build said airport connect for the UP, Eglinton LRT and Finch LRT on their own. The province can use eminent domain to build anywhere in the province and i am sure the federal government wouldn't get in the way of...

Well the trouble with this project and the bankruptcy of Cresford does prove to limit your ambition in the Toronto market. I have my doubts we ever see the taller Forma building as currently design ever be built. Maybe if we remove the foreign buyer ban and limits to AirBnbs, we may see more...

I like that in Canada and in Toronto particularly that we renovate our stadiums and arenas instead of abandoning them for a new arena in the suburbs. and rinse and repeat every 20 years.

    Finch West Line 6 LRT

unless you are continual building yes it will fritter away. I think more LRTs will be built in Ontario before that happen though there is also the waterfront LRT and ION as well. these projects will probably get us to around 2040 for continual LRT building and by then i am sure a bunch more...

Does the 157m area limit no longer apply for new projects here anymore then? A 200m + building here would look great in the skyline

TBM are single use items. You don't take them apart and rebuilt it someplace else. They are often just left in the ground after the tunnel is done

The TBM's are at Royal York and only have 800 meters to go https://maps.metrolinx.com/arcgis/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=cfb19fbab99a4cc381ddfb533998cc5f

the more like Hong Kong the city skyline can get the better. I wish all the other office towers would do something interesting with lighting as well
