Construction fencing and "danger due to demolition" signs went up today. There's at least one bulldozer on site. Expect this will be torn down within next month.

Looks like the building permits have been applied for per City of Toronto's permitting website. I'd guess demolition and excavation/shoring will start sometime in 2024.

Sales centre is onsite, in the old Dulux location. Building has partially been painted pink. Will try and snap a photo if I'm by in the daylight. Edit. Wasn't a sales centre. They simply painted the building and branded the outside to advertise the future project. Sign outside directed to sales...

The auto service centre at 1361 The Queensway has now been turned into some sort of office or sales centre. It's got Greybrook branding with black signage all around. Perhaps sales will be starting soon.

Something may be starting here. The rear of the site, nearby to the kitchen hub, has lines painted and small marker flags all over the place - looked to be locates for utilities prior to digging.

Anyone know what's going on with this site? It's been cleaned up substantially and there are a bunch of trucks and such parked on it.
