Drove by the condos tonight and noticed that the mechanical floor lights were purple and magenta. I guess they are LED with colour changing ability as they were white a few nights before...

Sorry for the delay. Here are some pics: Typical condo spec Whirlpool stacked combo. Surprised they used Toto and didn't cheap out... Also surprised they didn't cheap out on the integrated fridge/freezer and stuck with Liebherr as sampled in the model suite. Very costly to replace...

Was at the MEC store earlier today. Looks like Opus and Omega have topped out. Tentative occupancy in late Jan. 2019 as per the letter received from Concord (Spring 2019 I presume).

It's been a while guys and I have moved from my old location to Yonge and Sheppard. Here is a perspective that many will probably never see as they wouldn't venture into the residential side. A look at the nice wall that is slowly being built in front of me :( Cheers.

On an unrelated note, I was walking along University and couldn't help but to notice how dirty and murky the windows on Shangri-La are. Do they plan on cleaning each individual pane or is there a quicker way? I can't imagine how long it would take to do the entire building!
