Brown Chocolate anyone? A quick question... Does anyone have an opinion about the standard brown chocolate hardwood floor GGH provided? Is it really brown or is it rather grayish? What about quality?

Has anyone been contacted by GGH decor center and told that the hardwood floor you selected is not available anymore? A bit upsetting that I am gonna be forced to take something I did not want on the first place ;(

Well, I guess it was four years ago when the builder selected the materials to be used but purchasers selected them not that long. Some of the purchasers like myself selected the colours to be used on our units only a bit less than a year ago and I am pretty sure the prices were not those of 4...

Occupancy date Hi guys, :) I just got a letter from GGH stating that my occupancy date should be in March 2011, I'm on the 42th floor; one and a half year to go..

Sidewalk vs parking entrance From what I've seen, the sidewalk is a narrow street that I think will be the entrance of the cars to the parking which will be located rigth behind the townhouses. You can see clearly the entrance to the parking levels on one of the photos of the townhouses.
