    you have to have it set to cool - click the bottom right button - on the screen it will switch from heat to cool and then set the temp to lower then it currently is. Also set fan to auto. Your condo package/binder - should have had the manual included.

    Yes I had that done. They agreed to cap those "closing costs" to $5,000. In the original agreement there was no cap stated meaning legally they could add on what ever they wanted and I would have to pay it...there was even a line in there about having to pay their lawyer fees for any amendments...
