As someone who walks by this project almost everyday, it is incredibly drab. The grey pre cast makes it look dated before it’s evenly completed. I don’t know if the intent was to match the other communist block apartment building in the area, but mission accomplished

North tower is wider, so there will still be some direct south exposure.... More building are planned for the area

Having one of those units 1-5 stories above the "dog run" is going to be rufff

Excited to see where this development goes, it’s too bad it lost some verticality, but still could be a stunning addition to a high growth potential area
