I was taken in there the week it opened by a sales rep for the developer. The coffee was good, the treat was yummy. A liquor license would be awesome, but I am not sure about the patio location with the ongoing construction dust.

These 3 things are starting to get on my nerves: 1. Lockers 2. Mail 3. Building Registration In that order. Hasn't it been a long enough wait? Okay #3 I get, but the first 2, come on! Also one of the elevators doesn't go past 19, and that always seems to be the one that I get.

NXT2 height Have a west view from 24th floor and purposely purchased on 24 to clear NXT2. Was told at my PDI that NXT2 has been extended to above 30 something floors. Grrr! Oh well I have a couple years...

To anyone whose had their PDI - Are the towel bars / toilet paper holders the ugly, cheap ceramic ones and if so can we stop them from being installed so we don't have to rip out the wall with it?

If it makes you feel any better, what you described was pretty typical with my experience with condo inspections. NXT will be my 2nd condo and they take forever to fix things noted on the PDI. I think because they are scrambling to finish the rest of the building first, so your unit is not...

Got a letter yesterday for a meet and greet this Sat morning at the sales office. I think we can book our PDIs then.

A friend took them, who was interested in purchasing a unit on the same floor, so they took him up. We had to buy off paper, even though it was only a few weeks earlier, they would not let us see it.

That sign has since been cut in half!
