I wonder what percentage of higher density development is taking place near the LRT lines. High rise development is happening in Downtown and University. Other development is happening in McKernan and Holyrood.

These six-storey condos seem to go up overnight.

If the SPR/102 Avenue intersection can be done by the end of October, it may be possible to start the Wellington Bridge replacement next year.

The National Museum for Human Rights is nice.

The nicest architecture seems to be in Strathcona or Oliver/Wihkwentowin.

Some people still have the hate for LRT and bikes.

There are growth pressures in Edmonton and Calgary. Case in point, the crowding in schools.

For these bus routes, I wonder if the R5 or R14 could be extended south to connect with 23 Ave/Maskekosihk Way, Henday SW and Windermere/Leger Transit Centres.

I'd recommend a speed limit sign for the off-ramp on Whitemud, to encourage drivers to slow down. Also, it might be useful to add LED "No right turn" signs, either at before the tracks, or before the right turns leading to the tracks.

The UCP base is always backward!
