The bottom of the staircase to the forms has disapeared from the top of the webcam...so the forms must have been raised again. According to my count they should now be at the 40th floor, and the core narrowing should be happening now.

I guess my count must be off, or else they aren't narrowing the core until the 41st floor. The floor plans I have are pretty old, maybe they changed when they added that extra floor.
