Maybe this is one of the obvious things but for the average office worker, I think it's just a matter of having more options for food and shopping at lunch and on breaks. For the social minded, there is also more opportunity to meet new people.

Other than that, I think it's the money spent by the tenant on interiors that determines the office worker experience rather than the height of the building.

Never under estimate a great view that lets one see for miles and miles (apologies for being imperial but for kilometres and kilometres just sounds so tedious sometimes).

Actually, it's the landlord that pays for all or most of the buildout of the space as an inducement to the tenat to lease in the building.

The B-A crane will have to be jacked shortly

No cheering yet!!

First, it must exceed the height of the stump.

Only then are you allowed to breathe.

In a couple of weeks:

The Bay Adelaide Crane will be jacked up
The "new Stump" will likely be clearly above ground level.
Trump will be breaking ground across the street.

....how ironic.

Where is alanis Morrisette when you need her?

Yeah, once the stump surpasses the height of the old one, I will feel quite relieved.

Most certainly before Christmas. Now that the forms are in place the core should start to rise fairly quickly.
