Moroco Chocolat is moving their retail boutique to the Annex (Dupont/Madison). Not sure if they're going to be running a restaurant there - somehow I don't think they are, since they have been operating with a very small, lounge-y menu (with brunch on weekends) since June or so.

That's right, though Chanel is already on Bloor; they're moving into a bigger and newer space across the street from Louboutin in the space previously occupied by Teatro Verde. But it's also true that Bloor is already chalked full of pretty much the full range of upscale, international fashion brands.

The former Teatro Verde space, and future home of Chanel, is currently still in the midst of demolition. It should take about a week.

Interior fit-outs will commence thereafter, and they're aiming for end of December completion.

Interesting... They've updated the demising plans for 100 Bloor West. Looks like someone has leased the main floor where Pottery Barn is; however, the second floor and Yorkville area (where Milli is today) are unleased. Someone has taken approx 10,000 square feet of retail space.

I don't see why CBRE would pivot to leasing out the entire second floor + cumberland entrance unless the front half was leased. Retail Insider - any tips/thoughts?
