Looks like Zaza has rebranded itself to Coco Espresso Bar (and some sort of gelato place next door)

There are new demising options for 100 Bloor. It looks like there are 2 stores on Bloor Street, a small store next to Hermes (equiv to where the Pottery Bar Kids signage is). And then a larger 7500 square foot store where the main floor of the Pottery Barn is.
The Cumberland side and second floor have also been reconfigured into two spaces that have smaller entrances on the main floor but the bulk of the CRU is on the second floor. Looks like they're pitching a fitness tenant --> you can kinda see the Barry's Bootcamp logo in one of the pictures.

See Eyewear is moving into to part of the old Hermes space at 130 Bloor.

Close... SEE is opening on the Cumberland Street side of the building, we snapped a photo for this article: http://www.retail-insider.com/retail-insider/2017/6/see

SEE is carving out 812 sq ft from the Nicolas store that occupies part of the Cumberland Street side of 130 Bloor. Hermes is still for lease, and won't be subdivided -- if anything, it could be expanded depending what the new tenant wants.

I hope replacement spots will come quickly. Otherwise, Bloor would look pretty empty.

Along with Retail Insider's announcement that a McEwan grocery store is coming to 1 Bloor East, there's 2 small renderings of the Nordstrom Rack included in the article. It's expected to open in early 2018.

This entrance at Yonge/Hayden will actually be for McEwan, but here's a rendering with the Nordstrom Rack sign up. I'm not sure if Nordstrom Rack will have signage at both here and Yonge/Bloor or if McEwans will get their sign up here.

Although @UrbanLurker and @zang point out in the One Bloor East thread that the 33 Bloor render was likely done to attract a tenant (demonstrating what a tenant could do), rather than representing any actual plans of the owner.

And, actually, in the offering docs, a few interior renders; shades of Calatrava WTC (a very poor man's version, obviously).

Nordstrom Rack will occupy most of the 2nd level from our floor plans, so the signage might include the Hayden St. corner. McEwan's entrance might actually be mid-block on Yonge (not sure if if the plan I have is the final version) and there would be other retail on the Hayden St. corner. I've updated the article to reflect that the entrance might not be right on the corner -- and removed 'iconic' as I agree, not the best word.

Remember when Bazis referred to the Yonge & Bloor intersection the 'Best Corner in the World'? That was quite the statement: http://thetorontoblog.com/wp-conten...ional-billboard-November-13-2007-DSCF7298.jpg

Sorry for the misunderstanding, @Retail-Insider, but my quip above about the word "iconic" had nothing to do with your article. I didn't even notice your use of it, which means it didn't strike me as odd. My quip was in respect of the CBRE offering docs linked to above by @ADRM, which referred to 33 Bloor as "iconic retail" (when 33 Bloor is anything but, and they should actually construct the fancy renovations before throwing the word "iconic" around.)

Unless 33 Bloor E is sold, I don't suspect it will look like that soon. It took literally months for the escalator to be fixed, and they haven't had a lessee on their street-front property in years, are still actively looking to immediately lease all the currently empty retail (almost all of the retail they have) and have three full floors completely empty (http://www.epicrealtypartners.com/C...2573DA006DF739?Open&subform=propertyavailable).
