I love that shot of the south side! It's interesting that the balcony railings aren't completed on some of the lower floor. Maybe they're optional on some units lol.

Hey! Is that Old Bottle Depot on the South Side of 10th Ave Just to the East Side of the Project Still There? I Remember there Were Comments etc When the Project Got Started a While Back, Guess the Alcies and Homeless Will Have to Find a New Place to Cash in Their Cans and Bottles.

To be honest, many of the people who bought down in that area know what to expect. The bottle depot might not be ideal, but it is what it is. Myself, I'd rather have it than an empty lot next door.

That's part of urban living. These aren't masterplanned neighbourhoods built from scratch overnight.

My guess is they'll stay clear, as they are already quite a few floors up and haven't done any of the frosting on the lower floors. I could be wrong, but that's my hunch.

Well this tower just took a major dive in my opinion. Clear glass balcony railings (not frosted white like the renderings) + less white cladding pixels = Dark, bland, boring mess. No thanks. Lamb's first tower is a flop in my mind design wise.
