I have a gravel bike as my commuter as well, I put studded tires and full fenders on for the winter and its awesome, especially fun on the hard boot packed snow of the river pathways.

N+1 is always the answer. Winterize your gravel bike, and start searching for a new gravel bike.

My buddy always jokes that the correct number of bike to have is 1 more than you own and 1 less than will get you divorced haha.
