Goaltending is weak and they can't score. Flames are second in the league with shots on net and 15th in scoring.

Last night they had a lot more high danger shots than most recent games. Not ready to blow this team up yet. Would like to see another year. But goaltending was a combined .800 save % last night. Markstrom looked good but he was still only .866.The Flames played well against the league's top team, and deserved better. Ullmark was very good, but also the Flames still have the habit of taking a lot of shots from low percentage areas. They at least got the loser point. The next game against the Leafs should be interesting.
The Habs would be a good fit, but they’re still early in their rebuild. If they were two years further in, Huby would be a great fit.Les Habitant?

Not looking good. At least we just traded away that underproducing Ritchie; not sure what kind of a forward we got back, but whoever it is, they've got to have a better pedigree.
I'm confident Calgary is done as far as playoffs go, and frankly the way they've played this year, they wouldn't go far anyway. Start polishing those golf clubs! From Dom At The Athletic:
