Never made it to College Bar (I had been there when it was Buttermilk), but the location/building seems appropriate for a bar. I appreciated that they made use of the parking lot out front as a patio rather than for parking.

Hopefully another pub, and hopefully they use the front door instead of entering off the parking lot! Love that patio, want to sit there at lunch again!

I have it on good authority that it will be an Elephant and Castle. Not overly exciting.

I haven't heard of this restaurant group - but I'm glad to hear that this space will be utilized soon.
