While technically not in the map area for this thread, I figure this project is close enough that it is worth posting here. A townhome develompent has been applied for in the empty lot in the NE corner of 17th Avenue and 73rd Street SW.

Can you be more specific? DC12Z96 is a land use redesignation that was applied to the properties in this area when they were annexed into the City back in 1996. Several properties still have this designation. Which address are you referring to?

Sorry about that! I meant the parcel of land between Aspen Summit Drive and 81st.
 
For work purposes I have been going through old CPC agendas for files here in Springbank Hill, and I found some better renderings for Springbank Hill Estates by Spray Group (#4 on the thread map) from when it went to CPC on August 19, 2021. The renderings are from this document in the agenda:
