A little over a year after reopening, the Italian Bakery will be closing... Continuing the never ending streak of bad news for Chinatown.

Today we close the chapter on an era.
Today we say goodbye to our Downtown 97st store.
It wasn’t an easy decision, but sadly the one that had to be made.
We want to thank all our customers that have come to support us since our re opening & hope to continue to see you at our Beverly store.

It would have been worse if the building was not rebuilt with something nicer and new, but having to go through a disaster, COVID and rebuilding was a lot and I suspect too much for them.
