Kind of a weird thought here, but would the school start have affected things positively? I've noticed both during evenings and daytime that things also picked up visibly after the last week of August.

Either way, really good to see! It's slowly starting to feel a bit like 2019 for me here when I used to go to downtown for lunch as a U of A student.

People are back into a routine, offices, lunches, meetings and adding a ton of post-secondary et al. means that Downtown and Central Edmonton are far more alive than before; it's a good reminder to continue to make the area a learning destination with spinoff elements.

All great news. Just frustrated that just as I left Downtown (temporarily, I hope), it's getting a Smash Burger!

Step by step, we're seeing a few extra CRUs being occupied. I think we'll see more of this happen as the Falcon and the Parks towers are delivered and start filling up.

Gotta hand it to Procura's leasing team, they get those Mayfair CRU's leased to a revolving door of food shops like nobody else in this city.

Yep, probably for close to a year now. No idea why Google still says that location is open. They do still have a location open in 9Triple8.

Great to have in the neighbourhood, but despise that WE allow vinyl like that on storefronts.

I have a bit of an aversion to going into places I can't see in the windows and I suspect I am not the only ones.

I suspect what is gained in advertising is lost is aesthetic turn off. Its too bad, the place otherwise looks nice.

I've never tried Love Pizza before so I'll take your word for it.
BTW my own go-places for pizza would be Famoso on Jasper Ave (although I'm not sure how much longer they'll last) and Lorenzo's in the Commerce Place food court.
