Eye Care Group in the Birks Building are the ones moving and rebranding to Eyes District in the Stantec Tower podium.

Big loss for the Birks Building, but good for the Ice district. I'm hoping whatever replaces them activates the building frontage better at night. Such a great building.

I thought the lot was at least supposed to be leveled and filled it. It doesn't seem any different from when the fence was taken down a month or two ago.
