I have asked when the second building will finish construction, and they said it is projected to finish by this July, with tenants "hopefully" moving in by this September.

I would assume so as the last of the existing row houses are being boarded up as the leases expire. The entire next section is nearly ready to be demoed.

Oh ok - so the Beaver Pond gets filled in next followed by where these 5 rowhouses slums are being demo'd. So if not Holyrood, where is that picture taken? Where else are we "demo'ing 6 multiplex buildings?"

I get that……Prairie Demolition is doing the next round of 5 Holyrood duplexes. But the pic above, Dr.Demo/Downright Demolition is also demo’ing 6 multiplex building somewhere in the city
