I don't think it has been mentioned in this thread, but ID Authentics is expanding into the space immediately north of their current space. It looks like they are almost doubling in size. Construction looked to be almost complete when I was in there last week.

One Properties just posted a new March 2025 leasing brochure for Ice District which shows the new consolidated Unit B.
