"Thrilled to share that we are finalists at this year's World Architecture Festival, the largest global live awards event for architects and designers.

Coronation Park Sports and Recreation Centre, soon-to-be Edmonton's brand new velodrome, creates a venue for elite athletic performance and community recreation in one world-class facility. Community spaces, including an indoor public plaza and urban basketball court, are positioned at the heart of the facility, with the cycle track elevated a full storey above ground level. Visitors can gather, socialize, and play while cyclists race overhead at speeds of up to 80km/h.

We'll be presenting Coronation at the festival in Singapore this fall. Hope to see you there! hashtag#WAF24

Designed in joint venture with Dub Architects and in collaboration with FaulknerBrowns."

Congratulations.

A big one is seating capacity. But I think the low floor in the training area could be another. Have friends that ride track so will differ to them. But it will be nice to have our national teamers train at home again.
