My info is about a month old now but the update I received at that time was that, while the project was certainly still progressing and planning work still ongoing, current market demands were being re-evaluated to understand how and when things should proceed.

I hope it's good news. This is the most anticipated project for me ( thought there are so many it's hard to keep up with all ! ), I don't know if I can handle disappointment ?

Me as well @Kaizen. Waiting to here back from @archited as my (dated) info didn't sound as promising in the short term.

Still know for certain that the value drivers for this group (Aldritt) and this site (with the already executed land swaps with the City to consolidate a Jasper Ave/River Valley site) are very solid. This is not a game of kicking tires.

I honestly thought Brad Kennedy's submission was great, though. I would have been very happy to see it built.
