the 2000's have been good to the Beltline!

Holy crap what a difference 13 years make. I count 23 new buildings in that one angle of the Beltline. All 23 of them added since 2004.

Based on the Census, Beltline has grown on average by ~540 people per year, from 2003 until 2017. It is incredible growth.

I think it's the Cancer facility actually. They were doing road work, but now the whole site looks ready to go.
