From what I can see, there is only one planter on the west side and the two near the southern windows. Maybe they'll have a lot of potted plants.

I may have missed the discussion on this one, but does anyone know what's going on with the old Canadian Blood Services location at 737 13 Ave SW? I noticed that there were trucks filled with old HVAC equipment, storage bins in the alley, and it looks like the ceilings have been gutted on the interior. Any news on demolition, etc. here?

The hill shoring at Centaur Subaru on Macleod Trail is complete, they have started excavating for what I expect will be a fairly shallow foundation.

Yes, there is going to be a new multi story (can't recall if it is 2 or 3) dealership and service centre built there before they tear down the old building on the southside of the property.
