Nice to see that the Concord parcel will be developed. I was kind of hoping some other other developer would take it over and propose something with retail facing the riverfront. A resto/pub with a patio facing the riverfront would be the hit of the century.

Concord is one of my favourite condo buildings. If I had millions I would buy a unit there for sure! Glad to hear the second tower may start construction and fill in that gap in the skyline. It would be nice if they put in a restaurant on the ground floor that opened up into the delta plaza, or at least take advantage of Concord's awesome water feature.

I'm still hoping for something since I really don't want a ground-level, empty parking lot for who knows how long but it's not looking very promising with how much they're gutting everything.
