Is that not the old Legion in Ogden coming down in the background of one of those photos. Also, I love to see our city blanketed in snow, it is pretty beautiful.

Being right between two Green Line Stations and just down the hill from Glenmore, you'd think the landowner should at least be able to flip the land to a developer that would want to take some action now that the demo will be done.

There's also a large empty parcel across Ogden Road that has some potential. Unfortunately, this will probably sit empty for decades.

Been wondering for a while, what’s going on at Blackfoot and 19 SE?

Is that the site for The Grid? If so, looks like construction is getting underway.

While we are on the topic of Bridgeland construction, a large corner lot has been cleared, for what I presume is a new build. The two houses in this pic are now gone and there's construction fencing and equipment.
69 and 71 6A St NE, for anyone else wondering. Looks like two separate projects on the DMAP.

Outside of the two larger multifamily builds (Bridgeland Multi-family and Bridgeland Mixed use) we have these smaller ones, 19 units here, another 12 there. It adds up. What I would really like to see is a 6 storey build with an urban Sobeys or Loblaws city market built on the north side of 1st Ave NE. Bridgeland is so close to the point of having its own grocer.

It must be on the way. There are quite a few sites there that are either vacant or holding a significant amount of parking/vacant land behind them. Might be tough to sell a grocery store on the limited space but the NW corner of 9 St and 1 Ave is a good candidate.

The 5 story mixed use tower by Avalon in Seton is topped out. This is the second phase after the prefab townhomes. I like the triangle windows and general massing. I never noticed an elevator shaft during construction. Is that even possible with code for residential of this height? But they might be using cinderblock after each floor was done. Not sure.
