I wonder if they'll put it back up or if the building is coming down, last week the wrap had a massive tear in the middle of it so maybe it's being replaced

The silver lining in the cloud is that it's in a prime location that's getting a streetscape upgrade. It'll only be a matter of time before something gets built in it's place, and will increase the 8th street momentum.

Agreed. 8th street is already a legit corridor, and already is arguably the the best Beltline-DT connector. With the upcoming upgrades to 8th, and a grocery store along the route, that lot will be a desirable place for a residential build.
