Right, but this one should be the first to start based on the fact that lots of concrete has already been poured, provided they don't have to rip any out...
I agree that that they have a head start. A question for any structural engineers in the crowd ... what affects does almost 10 years of exposure to wind, rain, snow and ice have to the existing concrete. For the most, this has been an open pit for that length of time.

There's also Citizen tower, which I believe will be rentals, also Myriad, and South Block. Lots of potential projects hanging around.
The four I was thinking of were Wexford...west of Keynote... WAM/One Properties (not to be confused with Strategic One) ... south of Keynote; Portfolio and 11 &11th (across from Midtown Co-op).
I hear that Gablecraft is still deciding whether they are going to make one of their two towers on 13 Ave a rental. According to the signage posted on the existing building, Myriad will be a condo or at least they are soliciting pre-sell. Citizen is opening a sales centre shortly so they have decided to start out as a condo and gauge the market.

Totally forgot about 11th & 11th.

Nothing. Some grinding or replacement of the exposed rebar should be it. (in case of rust)

There concrete exposed to the elements everywhere. It doesn't get replaced every 10 years either.

I bet they will have to rip out some concrete, but they should be able to keep most of it.

I only see that happening if the design has changed. At most, they have to replace the exposed rebar at the surface. We don't build towers that flimsy.

No, but I'm sure they totally half assed that one, they only finished it because the city forced them to, and by finish I mean the least amount possible to get away with it. My biggest concern would be the rebar, which you touched on. We will see what happens soon I hope.

Stampede Youth Campus, the area for the amphitheatre is now fenced off so it'll hopefully be underway soon.

I'm actually not sure how they intend on doing it. The two hoists have a large metal pins at their ends. Not even sure what
the term is for those. They plan on lifting the bridge and moving it to the south side of Prince Georges Island, where they will
dismantle it. Be interesting to see if they proceed today, given the wind forecast. Highly unlikely...
