There are many variations of the "running man" sign in wide use elsewhere. A quick Google search reveals that.

In my opinion, the sign can be red or green, and have concise text (bilingual when applicable), as long as the international "running man", or a "walking man" pictogram is used.

GO service to replace Greyhound at Sportsworld Drive

http://www.therecord.com/opinion/editorial/article/762063--service-can-t-be-thrown-under-bus

From the comments: "Before you get all teary-eyed for Greyhound They benefit from the fact that Ontario Highway Transport Board gives them monopolies and protection from competition on their routes in the form of intercity bus route licenses. This blocks a lot of Greyhound's competition - even GO. Here's an example of what some companies would like to bring to Ontario but can't: http://www.thewhig.com/2012/04/12/bus-companies-open-to-competition "

ALL GO Trains lines run on SATURDAY AUG 4 for Caribbean Carnival parade

The only problem I see with these trains is that there is none from/to KITCHENER OR GUELPH but start in Georgetown with not bus connections to namesake line name. That is kinda silly imo.

I can understand not wanting to run a train all the way from Kitchener (even though I wish they would), but they should at least run a bus each from Kitchener and Guelph to Bramalea like they do during the week.

Sorry, my question was supposed to be how do they get to Exhibition.....typed Union in error.
With one of the very frequent Union to Exhibition trains. There's no Barrie-Exhibition trains either.

And no trains at all to Stouffville, as far as I know.

Just looked at the schedule....it is an all stops to Union then on to Exhibition.....it does seem, though as there is no change of train required. Are you saying a change of train is required?

To and from Barrie, yes, there is a change in train required. And also those travelling on VIA from Kitchener and Guelph. No change from Georgetown or Richmond Hill. For those from Milton don't need to change to get to Exhibition, however they do have to change at Union to leave Exhibition. At least that's what' GO's website says.

I like how the bright minds at GO Transit provide weekend service on the Barrie Line, but never thought of putting a ticket vending machine at the Newmarket Station, and the agency is left closed and locked up Saturdays and Sundays. How is one supposed to buy a ticket? The official answer is to go to the Newmarket bus terminal (I presume drive there) and go back to the station.

And of course, every train trip appears to have the oh-so-friendly GO-PO to nab you. Good luck if you have a Presto snafu.

Some things at GO Transit never change.
