This is what the water feature outside the natural pool at Borden Park currently looks like. This is only what, 5-6 years old?

The city is great for funding new projects, upkeep, maintenance, not so good...What in the absolute patina is this trying to achieve? Brutal.
Is there supposed to be fountains in there somewhere? Or just stagnant swamps? Isn’t this mirrored to what the actual pool is? Organic filtering of the pool water? Wonder what the water in there looks like now in this heat? This is what the water feature outside the natural pool at Borden Park currently looks like. This is only what, 5-6 years old?

It was a fountain and garden, independent of the pools filtration system. It was a nice spot at one point, visited it once before when it was in working condition. Found these renderings of it.Is there supposed to be fountains in there somewhere? Or just stagnant swamps? Isn’t this mirrored to what the actual pool is? Organic filtering of the pool water? That looks very much like a pair of Bat Houses.Noticed these a few weeks ago while biking in Mackinnon ravine. Anybody know what they are? There is also a pole with a solar panel further on but nothing seemingly getting powered.
Yep. I've also seen them at MacTaggart Sanctuary. That looks very much like a pair of Bat Houses.
