Boxcar coffee shop just opened in Calder last week. I checked it out today and was pretty amazed with the look of the space and their tasty treats. Here’s some photos

This was all low income subsidized housing. It's getting rebuilt, I think at a higher density.

Can’t wait for the Metro line to get there. Will be a game changer for that neighbourhood

This is soooo cool and the exact kind of infilling i hope to see more of when the zoning changes come in,Ive seen something similar in victoria along beacon hill park. I also have a dream of seeing like front lawn businesses maybe like a glass encased espresso bar .
