Fully completed - Jasper OnEleven. I think overall it looks good. A bit too much of the copper for me, but a huge improvement nonetheless.
Also, the trees (which appear to be doing fine) and flower beds are such an improvement over what this stretch of Jasper Ave looked like previously.

Ah yes, the Affordable Storage building that will replace the 104 St location.
Looks like they`ll open later this year, or perhaps early next year.

Not sure what this one is. Builder is a custom infill guy. It’s just a stones throw from Westrich’s Windsor Park project. Nice lot size lot.
