Seeing that there's a new Harbin Gate coming soon to 97 St, I've always wondered if there are any plans for this old gate.

3) This is the project across from the Kathleen Andrews Bus Garage at Fort Road and 125th ave. Its a kids recreation centre, correct? Looks like its almost done.

Not necessarily just geared to kids, sounds like there's going to be a lot of fun stuff. Called "Red Rock Eat & Entertainment and Fort Road Fun Park" (really rolls off the tongue...)

It's apparently going to have: bowling alley, batting cages, virtual golf, pool tables, trampoline park, laser tag, gym play area, plus restaurant. Hope it does well!

I have said it before and I will say it again, I can't wait until the new Harbin gate is built. It would be really nice to see the old gate used somewhere rather than just sitting in the storage yard until it falls apart.

Been to a couple of industry events the last few weeks, and adding the projects my firm is picking up. Next year is going to be nuts in construction. Some trades were saying they are having a tough time recruiting. Based on what I am seeing is we may need to redo the temp foreign worker program for trades.

Is this for O&G stuff or building of apartments/condos/office buildings?
