I have said it before and I will say it again, I can't wait until the new Harbin gate is built. It would be really nice to see the old gate used somewhere rather than just sitting in the storage yard until it falls apart.
Nuts based on the number of projects in the pipeline? Hopefully we will be seeing much more multi-unit stuff break ground next year.Been to a couple of industry events the last few weeks, and adding the projects my firm is picking up. Next year is going to be nuts in construction. Some trades were saying they are having a tough time recruiting. Based on what I am seeing is we may need to redo the temp foreign worker program for trades.

The irony of not having enough tradesmen to build the new NAIT trades complex……Been to a couple of industry events the last few weeks, and adding the projects my firm is picking up.
