This is so annoying, a high profile site with a great location in a nice area of the city and this is what is proposed. I guess someone forgot about no more crap.

I am pretty sure that Beljan owns the property and is the developer (unless there has been a very recent discreet sale of the property that has not been made public).

Yeah, it's a Beljan project. They own the St. Anthony's School site (this site).

When it comes to dining out my tastes are very extravagant; I'll pick up the tab on dessert and wines. You seem to have a jester fan; maybe we could bring him along for comic relief between courses.

Design switched from Frankfurt to Hinton.
Forreal though, the original didn't even look like it would be that much more expensive, what am I missing? Remove the brick if you must and make it black stucco like Mercury and it still be better.

Although I like where Edmonton's downtown core skyline is going, you just can't compare Edmonton's conservative core to Calgary's beautiful and TALL downtown core! I see ultra conservative thinking in E-Town and ultra aggressive thinking in C-Town when it comes to the core of each city !
