Yes, it's in Strathcona. I think we could probably get him to come out against this project as-is.Is this Janz’s ward?

So Claroscuro Architecture is also the developer?Claroscuro Architecture, not Beljan.
No idea, but there isn't a chance Beljan would put their name on this.So Claroscuro Architecture is also the developer?
I'll bet you dinner at the Alldritt Tower lobby restaurant that they're not developing it.I am pretty sure that Beljan owns the property and is the developer (unless there has been a very recent discreet sale of the property that has not been made public).
Well then colour me red and schedule me a date with Ted.Yeah, it's a Beljan project. They own the St. Anthony's School site (this site).
When it comes to dining out my tastes are very extravagant; I'll pick up the tab on dessert and wines. You seem to have a jester fan; maybe we could bring him along for comic relief between courses.Well then colour me red and schedule me a date with Ted.
Woof. Just make the roof flat, and the project looks significantly better.Honourable mention, St. Anthony Apartments, also going to EDC. Thicker than a Snickers at 10425 84 Avenue:

Although I like where Edmonton's downtown core skyline is going, you just can't compare Edmonton's conservative core to Calgary's beautiful and TALL downtown core! I see ultra conservative thinking in E-Town and ultra aggressive thinking in C-Town when it comes to the core of each city !And people wonder why we compare ourselves to Calgary when this is the type of things that get built
