Doesn't Procura own what is in red below? Or they just lease the space from Canterra? Procura operates that parking but the lot adjacent is an Impark lot, implying to me two different ownerships.

Brought some height and class to that intersection. Sure we got the Epcor podium Reno but I don’t think it was worth it to demolish the BMO building

Sadly, not all the now pictures are better than the then ones. The entrance to the new library also looks less inviting than the old one.
