He's said before that he became the guy that people go to when they want to leak something the press won't print. Seems to me that someone in the TPS wants to make Ford nervous and they're using MM to do it.

It could also be a way to flush out witnesses/co-conspirators. People panic when the heat is on. The mention of DECO in particular could be about finding someone doing some dirty work in their employ, like that Basso brother.

Well, just read up, and I'm wrong. It wouldn't be obstructing if he were shredding documents or burning boxes or whatever, since they are not yet evidence, and he would have to be knowingly tampering with official evidence to be in the same boat as Black. However, he could lead police to his drug stash, where there could be a great photo op
