There could be a really simple explanation for that - do the lifts at city hall (the ones the mayor usually uses that are private) require a card to operate?

You need a PROX card to move around any city facility.

Regarding Heinz, they were in the news the other day because they're shutting down their big plant in Leamington. If Deco had the contract to print their labels, that's a big fall in income.

It's starting to look like that's not the case, maybe, due to the Dr. Oetker's plant coming into SW Ontario. Although that might just be speculation.

Mayor Rob Ford: The Documentary

Tharanga has been asking Rob Ford for an interview since the ice age. The Mayor doesn't have much time to speak to indi-filmmakers, but luckly Mr. Ford makes time for charity. So Tharanga is raising TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for the Toronto Humane Society in exchange for a 1 Hour one-on-one interview.

Contributors have the chance to place their content in the documentary and ask questions from the Mayor.

The money goes to charity. In the event Rob Ford doesn't give an interview, or Tharanga doesn't reach his funding goal the money will be given back to the contributors.

Mayor Rob Ford: The Documentary has been in production for almost an year. It features interviews with Robyn Doolittle, Kevin Donovan, John Cook and Justin Trudeau to name some.

The Lisi-looking character is a wastrel named Richie (sorry, no last name). A guy my nephew used to see around parties.

He is casting aspersions on the Star. The Star paid for screenshots from the more recent crack video (Kathy's basement) [but was not willing to pay what was asked for the video itself], whereas the Sun claims that it did not pay for the bar audio (Sully Gorman's - sp?) that it put out at roughly the same time.

Better chequebook journalism than voicemail stenography. Warmington wouldn't have a story to tell if one of the Ford's weren't leaving messages telling him what's what.

And a quick shout out to parents at Toronto schools--MYOB.

Doug Ford is complaining about parents taking over schools. "The principal is in charge not the parents ... just know your place" he says
