I am sure that you have an interesting reason why. Care to let us in on it?

Sure. Dad's family lived on Grenadier Road. My uncle joined the RCAF and was killed in action over France after D-Day when he was 21. Dad also wanted to fly bombers, but was too young.

So, he was trained by the navy as an Engine Room Articifer's Apprentice. He joined in 1943 when he turned 17. Those were the four ships he sailed on. One was coal-fired.

Perhaps Rob's uncles served in the war?
