Cut and dry, yes complaining about the use of city hall property (mayor's office) not so. It may be months before the Integrity commissioner gets a chance to rule. As we don't know what expires inside the office, CH staffers and council members will have to keep and eye out and believe me they do. In the mean time Ford's office get's used as he pleases i.e. Campaign HQ and VIP lounge for social gatherings. Silverstein has no business being there and if the sober coach has to be there to mind the toddler it is pretty sad this city has a mayor who is medically unfit to even cut ribbons and speak at events under the capacity of Mayor in name only.
