If you are Lisi's lawyer and this AM is the first time you have seen the ITO contents, it would be negligent not to seek time to review it to see whether it might contain something prejudicial to your client.

Yes, but the issue here is whether there might be something in this ITO that would be relevant to the outstanding charges against Lisi. (His counsel can fairly ask to to have a chance to review the ITO contents re any possible impact on Lisi's right to a fair trial on existing charges - not re mere speculation of possible other charges.)

Oh, I agree. I had thought they had them already, but perhaps not.

I would bet the proverbial $1 to donut that, at the most, the Crown provided its proposed redacted version of the ITO to the others (including Lisi's lawyer) yesterday at the earliest, which would not leave much time for Lisi's lawyer both to review it properly and to discuss it with his client before this morning.
